GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS
This group works closely with the executive director and chief lobbyist to develop an annual legislative agenda to proactively advance legislation and regulation favorable to career eduction (i.e. financial aid, child care, Chapter 141 clarification). We also build positive, lasting relationships with legislative/regulatory officials and keep our membership informed of our positions and approaches.

This group oversees the association's web site, our primary communication tool. We facilitate dialogue between member schools on business/education issues through regular meetings and an electronic communication system. |
PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT
All MCCA schools subscribe to strict enforcement of the organization's Code of Ethics. While MCCA schools compete intensely in the marketplace, we respect and support each others dedication to excellence in career education.
